Shooting the film will take around 3-4 hours. After shooting, our filmmakers cut the film and add both sound and colour to it. We need around 2.5 hours for this process. You can use this time to go out for a meal or to do another activity. The film premiere last between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on the size of the group.

You decide the location of the film event. We are flexible regarding the location. We are happy to transform the seminar hotel, your company headquarters or the local cinema into a film set for a few hours. We would also be happy to advise you when looking for a suitable location — we use our long-standing experience to create a tailor-made event just for you.

The filming locations will be determined on site by the participants. These must not and cannot be determined in advance. The locations vary depending on which script you select.

You may choose the script on site. We bring suitable costumes for all our scripts, so you don’t have to decide in advance.

Our scripts are designed in such a way that they leave enough room for your own creative ideas. This way, topics from your own company can be easily incorporated into the story.

The films are for internal use only. If you wish to publish the films, we will be happy to advise you personally.

Our film events can cater for teams of 5 to 500 people. We get into film teams of up to 20 people to ensure all participants enjoy a unique event experience.

Since we get into small film teams of up to 20 people, we can guarantee that all participants will be involved in the film process. It is important to us that it is a team effort and that everyone gets to play their part.

To be able to carry out the film event, we need a room in which the costumes and props can be set up. For larger groups, it is also beneficial to have additional breakout rooms. For the film premiere, we recommend a room with theatre seating for all participants.
