Best team building in Zurich.

In Zurich we work with different venues depending on group size. For intimate team events up to 30 people, lofts in Kreis 4 or 5, hotel meeting rooms near the main station or your own office work particularly well. Medium groups up to 150 often meet at Mühle Tiefenbrunnen in Seefeld, JED Events in Schlieren, Kraftwerk Selnau or Aura near Paradeplatz.

For large company events from 200 people we recommend Halle 622 in Oerlikon, Kongresshaus Zürich or the Schiffbau. We know the quirks of each location and gladly advise which one fits your team building best.

Absolutely, this is one of our most popular Zurich combinations. ZSG operates salon ships for 50 to 500 people with catering and apéro, ideal for the editing break between shoot and premiere. Often we shoot on land in the afternoon, then board the team for apéro and dinner on the water and return for the premiere - or the other way around.

The piers at Bürkliplatz, Tiefenbrunnen and Wollishofen work very well for arrivals and departures. Lake Zurich turns a classic team building into a company event with serious postcard quality that stays with everyone long after.

Yes, many of our Zurich Filmevents make active use of outdoor spaces. Popular spots include Lindenhof with views over the old town, the Niederdorf for lively street scenes, Bürkliplatz and the lake basin for water shots, and the Üetliberg or Käferberg for natural backdrops. We pick the locations together with the film team on the day, mostly within walking distance of the venue.

For private shoots without heavy equipment no permit is usually needed. In the city centre we avoid rush hours on Bahnhofstrasse and around the main station to keep your team event in Zurich hassle-free.

Zurich has a clear event calendar. Quieter months are January, February, March, July and August - many companies pause for summer holidays and venues are widely available. Peak months for company events are September, October, November and December, when the calendar fills up fast, especially around Q4 kick-offs and Christmas parties.

Three Zurich specialities further affect venue availability: Sechseläuten in late April, the Street Parade in mid-August and the Zurich Film Festival in October. For larger groups we recommend planning three to six months ahead to secure your preferred team event date.

All our filmmakers based in Zurich are fluent in English.

For mixed teams with German-speaking management and English-speaking staff, a bilingual setup works particularly well. Scripts usually come out multilingual - exactly this mix is what makes the team building so effective for international workforces.

In Zurich we clearly recommend public transport. From Zurich main station most event venues are 10 to 20 minutes away by tram, S-Bahn or bus - Halle 622 via S15, Mühle Tiefenbrunnen via tram 4, JED Events via S-Bahn to Schlieren. A ZVV group ticket gets a whole workforce there cheaply and without hassle.

Parking in Zurich is expensive and heavily regulated; many event venues have no dedicated parking. If someone still drives in, the best option is a central garage and a short hop to the venue on public transport.

A classic flow: the team shoots in the afternoon at a winter-friendly venue, the editing break is filled with a mulled wine apéro, the premiere screens in the evening, and afterwards an optional walk to the Christmas market at the main station or in the Niederdorf.
